A new email was sent Friday, March 30th regarding COVID-19 it has been posted to CQI NEWS for your review.
Due to IPC system updates, all passwords will require a reset in order to access any of IPC’s sites on or after Sunday, March 8th, 2020. When a password reset is requested, a link will be sent to the email we have on record for the requester. For this reason, trainers are encouraged to inform student’s prior to the test date in order to ensure that all students use an email they can access. If students use a company email that is not accessible outside of their company site, they are strongly encouraged to change to an email they can access such as a personal email address. Email address changes must be submitted through the Certification Service Desk and due to the anticipated volume may take 1-2 business days to process.
