IPC offices will be closed from Saturday, December 22, 2018 – Tuesday, January 1, 2019. IPC will re-open on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
While the IPC office is closed for the holidays, we will still provide limited certification support. An IPC certification staff member will be available from 8am CST- 12pm CST to assist with help desk tickets and provide phone support. If you need assistance outside of these hours please create a help desk ticket. We will periodically check and respond to urgent issues. All other issues will receive a response during the hours listed above. We will not be available on Dec. 24th, Dec. 25th , nor Jan. 1st.
